Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Hilton Food Group. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring effective production planning and reporting for our site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain daily production plans and issue to the operations team in a timely manner.
  • Ensure plans/schedules adhere to all allergen/species constraints and maintain a required level of efficiency.
  • Manage finished goods stock levels and replenishment through the production plans to maintain supply to the customer.
  • Manage WIP stock levels and replenishment through the production plans to maintain supply to the packing lines.
  • Manage WIP stock shelf life to ensure no waste.
  • Ensure factory orders are updated in FOPs system.
  • Ensure all master data is updated for any NPD/EPD.
  • Daily KPI reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven Planning/Scheduling experience.
  • Ability to liaise with site management teams.
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally within the business.
  • Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
