Job Opportunity: Minor Works Manager

We are seeking an experienced Minor Works Manager to join our client's team in Iver. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering construction projects, both airside and with strategic clients requiring security checks.

The Role

· Assess and manage small to medium-sized building and maintenance works

· Prepare professional work orders and quotes

· Develop and implement Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)

· Obtain necessary permits and procure materials

· Organize and coordinate works with the project management team

Requirements

· Previous experience in a similar role is essential

· A five-year trackable employment history, with no substantial gaps, is required for security passes

· Possession of a CSCS skilled card and full driving license

· Proficiency in PC literacy and ability to work on-site at Heathrow airport and other secure locations
