Job Opportunity: Minor Works Manager

We are seeking an experienced Minor Works Manager to join our client's team in Iver. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering construction projects, both airside and with strategic clients requiring security checks.

The Role

· Assess and manage small to medium-sized building and maintenance works

· Develop and implement professional work orders and quotes

· Create and maintain Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)

· Obtain necessary permits and approvals

· Source and procure materials

· Organize and coordinate works

· Collaborate with the project management team

Requirements

· Proven experience in a similar role is essential

· A five-year trackable employment history, with no substantial gaps, is required for security clearance

· Possession of a CSCS skilled card

· Proficiency in PC software

· Full driving license is mandatory
