We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Support Staff to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. As a key member of the dining room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring that they receive a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining room, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that residents have access to a wide range of food options, catering to their dietary needs and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
