About the Role:

The Skills and Development Coach is responsible for ensuring that apprentices achieve their full potential. This requires strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide learner development through the programme using our bespoke e-portfolio system, providing feedback on submissions.
  • Work with an OFSTED Outstanding provider that prioritizes learners and employees.
  • Be part of a supportive team and network with a unique culture valuing individuality, ambition, teamwork, and effort.


Requirements:
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to inspire and motivate, with a passion for learning.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional, representing the brand to clients and apprentices.
  • Basic Microsoft skills (Excel, Outlook).


Desirable:
  • Accountancy background or knowledge.
  • Understanding of the accountancy sector.
  • Experience with apprenticeships.
