About the Job: As a Medical Devices Trainer, you will be responsible for identifying medical device training needs for clinical professional users and delivering or facilitating appropriate medical device training. You will also supplement OEM training on high-risk devices, advise and support the medical device risk assessment process, assist in developing strategies for training, and determine appropriate arrangements for refresher training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Identification: Identify medical device training needs for clinical professional users and deliver or facilitate appropriate medical device training.
- SUPPLEMENT OEM TRAINING: Supplement OEM training on high-risk devices.
- Risk Assessment Support: Advise and support the medical device risk assessment process.
- Training Strategy Development: Assist in developing strategies for training.
- Refresher Training Arrangements: Determine appropriate arrangements for refresher training.
Requirements: To succeed as a Medical Devices Trainer, you should have experience of using or training on a range of medical devices, with a good understanding of clinical processes and conditions, and of indications for use of different medical devices and their limitations.
What We Offer: This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, employees assistance programme, electric car scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
