Job Title: Head of Engineering

Join InfraView, a specialist cloud and IT infrastructure technology recruitment agency, as we seek an exceptional Head of Engineering to lead our CX and Call Recording function.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our engineering team. As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for technically leading and developing a team of engineers across the Call Centre and Call Recording team.

You will be responsible for building, shaping, and developing a team of engineers via CX, leading and running a team of 13 engineers (looking to grow), and being the face of the engineering team of a multimillion £ organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete ownership and autonomy over CX and Call Recording function
  • Lead, build, drive, and upskill team and team members
  • Strive to be #1 CX and Call Recording function
  • Drive key deliverables across business function and deliver excellence
  • Delegate where possible, empowering people with responsibility to aid their personal growth
  • Always looking to grow and develop the team
  • Strong mentality, leading from the front and showing professionalism
  • Report directly into board
  • Developing skills and being a player manager, driving the (CX) division forward
