BMS Performance is a privately run UK subsidiary of a large US-based manufacturer of medical respiratory equipment and consumables. As innovators in their field, they invest heavily in R+D and NPD, resulting in exciting new products for the market. With an international presence and revenues exceeding £100m, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business.
The Role:
This is an exciting and varied role as a Sales Development Representative, where you will generate new business opportunities for the field sales team. Your responsibilities include contacting potential customers via telephone, networking to identify new decision-makers, qualifying and passing leads to colleagues, and educating doctors and nurses on correct usage of the company's equipment.
Key Requirements:
- Anatomy and physiology-focused degree (e.g., biology, sports science)
- Independent, driven, self-motivated, and positive personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence and own car
Package:
Base Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus 20% bonus and fuel allowance of 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles, 25p above 10,000. You will also enjoy pension and 25 days' holiday.
