We are seeking a Graduate Bridge Engineer to join our 2025 Graduate Programme in Birmingham or Northampton.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your bridge engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.

Working closely with experienced mentors, you'll be involved in all stages of project delivery, from site visits to technical report writing. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will have the chance to work on innovative bridge designs while developing a strong foundation in structural engineering.

You will join a supportive and successful team with exciting career opportunities, gain great client exposure and professional development, and work in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that you receive sufficient time with your team and receive the appropriate level of support.
