We are seeking an innovative and creative aspiring psychologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on development and change to join our team as a Mental Health Psychologist.

This permanent full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the implementation of our Comprehend, Cope and Connect (CCC) approach and support the development and implementation of our group program.

As a key member of our team, you will provide support to both qualified and pre-qualified psychology staff in delivering assessment, formulation, and direct interventions. With appropriate supervision, you will have opportunities for direct work with service users within individual and group settings.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of mental health problems and experience working with adults with severe and enduring mental health issues. You will also have a high standard of report writing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people who have mental health problems and their carers.

This is a Band 5 role, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including flexible working options and a comprehensive training program.

To be considered for this role, you must hold an upper second-class honors degree or higher in psychology and have further postgraduate training in relevant areas of professional psychology, mental health practice, and/or research design and analysis.
