We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Director to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Audit Partner to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the audit function and increase revenue.
  • Lead high-value audit engagements and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Manage and develop a team of auditors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent audit services.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/ACA qualified with extensive experience of managing a diverse audit portfolio.
  • RI status is desirable but a willingness to obtain it quickly is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
