About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Help at Home Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and daily living tasks
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
