Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity at MWH Treatment

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at MWH Treatment, based at Testwood WTW with hybrid working available.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for the Commercial Management of Project(s). Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects and work packages, ensuring accurate cost control and analysis.
  • Liaising with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and control costs.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure business requirements are met, and contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary.
  • Preparing and issuing subcontract documentation, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely payment applications.
  • Preparing project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts, and assisting in the management and development of junior commercial staff.
  • Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback, and ensuring confidentiality.
