Medical Sales Specialist

**Job Summary**

As a Medical Sales Specialist for Helix Medical Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales as part of a talented team. You will join a successful and supportive outbound telesales team, proactively contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Following comprehensive medical sales and product training, you will join a successful and supportive outbound telesales team, proactively contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

* You will nurture customer relationships to promote appropriate medical device products, troubleshoot any issues, and coach customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

* In this inside medical sales position, you will communicate with customers over the phone and email to explain and proactively promote products and services, qualify and develop sales opportunities, and achieve KPIs/targets that contribute to company revenue growth.

**Requirements**

* Probably degree educated (Business, Biomedical Science, or similar), you have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, confident handling multiple calls and emails per day.

* Enjoys a fast-paced environment, using multiple systems at once with the ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively.

* Eager to begin or develop a career in medical sales, you are self-motivated and results-driven, resilient, and persuasive but also compassionate with strong relationship-building skills.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, however a degree is not required. Previous medical experience is not required. Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office) is required.

* Salary guide: up to £30,000 depending on experience plus 20% bonus
