We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Engagement Specialist to join our team at Career Moves. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract great candidates.
- Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and positioning job offers; right through to onboarding.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and Implement Talent Engagement Programs and initiatives, such as Employer Brand campaigns, Open Days, and talent pipelining.
- Monitor Feedback and Outcomes received to empower you to learn, adapt, and grow.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends and best practices in talent engagement and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven Experience in a role focused around detail, delivery, and strong communication.
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition and/or Engagement Strategies.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proactive Approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in a Tracking Software would be great, i.e. Applicant Tracking System or CRM tool.
