About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian-speaking Paralegal to join our team at Palazzo Law Boutique LTD. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of private clients and provide expert advice on complex Italian citizenship and immigration matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including daily contact and preparation of legal documents.
  • Design, implement, and improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise junior team members and manage caseloads to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Prepare draft documents, conduct legal research, and perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
  • Correspond with third parties and support customer success.
Requirements
  • Law degree (LLB) or higher is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal department providing paralegal support and handling legal operations.
  • Be a qualified Italian lawyer is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills, ability to handle multiple assignments, and manage major projects to successful completion.
  • Experience in seeking ways to improve/enhance processes, find efficiencies, and think outside the box.
  • High level of professionalism, ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with appropriate care.
  • Flexible mindset, technical knowledge, and passion for innovation.
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy.
  • Proven experience with CRM and CMS, specifically Clio.
  • Proficiency with Google Suits products, especially Google Sheets and Google Forms.
  • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
  • Previous proven supervisory experience and working with key performance indicators.
  • Experience or specialise in Italian law, especially on Italian citizenship matters.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent networking and social skills.
  • Adaptable with a good work ethic as well as an eagerness to learn.
