About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian-speaking Paralegal to join our team at Palazzo Law Boutique LTD. As a key member of our legal operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of private clients and provide expert advice on complex Italian citizenship and immigration matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including daily contact and preparation of legal documents.
  • Design and implement efficient systems and processes to support scalability and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise junior team members and manage caseloads to ensure successful project completion.
  • Prepare draft documents, conduct legal research, and perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Law degree (LLB) or higher is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal department providing paralegal support and handling legal operations.
  • Proven project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Experience with CRM and CMS, specifically Clio, and proficiency with Google Suits products.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to market the company and generate new business.
