**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office complex.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG20 standards to ensure our office building remains safe and compliant.
  • Responding to requests raised through our Facilities Helpdesk in a timely and effective manner.
  • Performing painting and decorating, and completing all remedial maintenance work, including minor plumbing and joinery repairs.
  • Chaperoning contractors to ensure they adhere to our company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Facilities management experience is preferred.
  • Health and Safety experience, including COSHH, Risk Assessment and Permits to Work.
  • Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
