**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week, from 8:30-15:30, providing valuable support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Blandford Forum.

**Salary & Benefits:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN, mostly Autism;
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation;
  • Helping students with their educational and personal needs;

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No formal training is required, as you will learn 'on the job';
  • Initiative and resilience are key skills needed for this position;
