At Leonardo, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Administrator to support the Import/Export team in our Edinburgh facility.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working for multiple customers and will be proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities include submitting import and export customs instructions, liaising with business units, and ensuring accurate clearance information is provided. The role also involves general administration support, such as preparing data packs for internal and external audits, and assisting with report preparation for submission to UK authorities.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working hours, company-funded benefits package, and opportunities for learning and development.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, set high personal work standards, and demonstrate collaborative and supportive behaviours.

Security clearance is not required for this position, but strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
