Sales Manager

Join our client, a leading global organisation in the health and safety solutions market, as a Territory Sales Manager in the South West region.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding sales role that requires a strong understanding of health and safety led decision-making processes and complex sales strategies. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies across specific vertical markets, working closely with Senior BDMs and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the South West region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including food and beverage, production and process, construction, rail, laboratory, pharmaceutical, automotive, and aerospace
- Work closely with the Business Development Team, Product Managers, and Marketing to ensure effective sales strategies and tactics
- Present health and safety solutions to customers and stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products and services
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Proven sales experience in a health and safety led sales environment
- Strong understanding of complex sales processes and strategies
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Our client offers a competitive salary, up to £50k basic salary DOE + 30% OTE (year 1) - can be doubled on overachievement, car scheme, pension, 22 days holiday (rises with length of service to 27), laptop/mobile, and healthcare cash plans.
