Health and Safety Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates and Facilities Health and Safety Compliance Officer to join our team at the University of South Wales.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an active health and safety culture within the Estates and Facilities department, ensuring statutory compliance and providing professional guidance and support to managers and staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring health and safety performance and advising on control measures
- Providing guidance and support to the compliance administrator
- Assisting in the identification and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
