Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team members. As the Deputy Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's daily operations, managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set a high standard for the Store Team and customers
  • Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth
