About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Safe and Effective Classes: Ensure that all classes are conducted in a safe and effective manner, taking into account the needs and abilities of all customers.
  • Provide High-Quality Instruction: Consistently deliver fun, enthusiastic, and high-quality classes that meet the expectations of all customers.
  • Adapt and Progress Classes: Adapt, progress, and regress classes as required to cater to all ages and levels.
  • Inspire and Motivate Customers: Inspire all customers through class delivery and the transferring of energy and motivation.
  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded, providing a positive and enriching experience.
