Care and Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Help with meals and drinks to support residents' nutrition
- Participate in activities and contribute to a positive living environment
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with families
- Complete relevant paperwork in a timely manner
- Assist with mobility and transferring safely
