**Proactive Sales Specialist Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee the sales efforts of our 3 boutique 4* hotels in Central London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and new business acquisition, as well as strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Previous corporate and leisure hotel sales experience in the London market
  • Immaculately presented, extremely self-driven, engaging, and possessing an abundance of personality and charisma
  • Prepared to get involved in the day-to-day business with a hands-on approach as necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build key internal and external relationships
  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
  • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated
  • Responds promptly and creatively to incoming business leads
  • Proactively identifies, qualifies, and solicits new business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals
  • Understands the overall market - competitor's strengths and weaknesses, etc. and knows how to sell against them
