Our client, a leading house-builder, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join their in-house property team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and running your own case load of plot sales, including part-exchange acquisitions and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing individual plot documentation and part-exchange title reports
  • Building relationships with purchaser's solicitors and the Group Legal Department
  • Attending meetings with the sales team to review caseload
  • Dealing with post-completion matters such as SDLT returns and land registration

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of residential conveyancing, practice, and procedure
  • Previous experience of handling plot sales for a residential house builder
  • Ability to work with modern computer-based technology
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and excellent team and communication skills
