Residential Conveyancing Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive to join our Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will work alongside the head of department, supervising a small team and managing their own caseload from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate fee income by conducting conveyancing cases on behalf of clients.
  • Assist other members of the firm on subjects of expertise.
  • Advise and assist clients on legal matters relating to conveyancing.
  • Manage correspondence and SOS files for each client matter according to firm standards.
  • Supervise secretarial and support staff assigned to carry out support tasks in the Property Department.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the law and ensure CPD is observed.
  • Cooperate with team members and other firm members to maintain high-quality professional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential Property environment.
  • Strong supervisory experience, working alongside the head of department.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize and manage own workload.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
