About the Role:
  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality support services, and a commitment to promoting independence and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or acquired brain injuries.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or acquired brain injuries.
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments to ensure the wellbeing of service users.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and training providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct interviews for potential new staff members and lead the recruitment process.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including Adult Social Care & Health and CCGs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Prior experience in Supported Living or Residential services is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to undertake further training or development opportunities.
