About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our M&A team at Pro-Tax. As a VAT Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of transactions and VAT-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indirect tax due diligence, identifying VAT risks and making commercial recommendations for both buyers and sellers.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through effective delegation, on-the-job coaching, and formal feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the Transactions VAT Director to support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client relationship building.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a fantastic Transactions VAT Director, playing a key role in the delivery of complex and interesting tax projects.
