Tax Associate Director

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director to join our dynamic team in Guildford. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing expert tax advice, and overseeing the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns and computations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert tax advice on a wide range of matters, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns and computations.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team, providing training, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax legislation, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated and innovative tax solutions.
- CTA/ACA qualified with strong Corporate Tax advisory experience and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert tax advice and solutions.
