At Nuffield Health, a leading healthcare charity in the UK, we are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Programme Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering rehabilitation programmes that cater to individuals with varying abilities and physical functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with people of different backgrounds and abilities, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They should be able to work flexibly, manage multiple programme groups simultaneously, and process new referrals efficiently.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,059.83 per annum, pro rata for 10 hours per week. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including free gym membership, private healthcare, and financial wellbeing support.

In this role, you will:

  • Run a series of 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
  • Facilitate and deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes.
  • Promote self-directed activity using pre-recorded on-demand classes and journals.
  • Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on regular improvements.
  • Identify any deterioration of participants and follow internal escalation processes.
  • Deliver or facilitate various exercise modalities.
  • Engage in one-to-one telephone conversations with participants to offer coaching and emotional support.
  • Capture outcome data accurately to track progress.
  • Respond to ongoing programme requirements to ensure successful delivery.
