Credit Control Supervisor Opportunity

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Supervisor to join our client's team in Shoreham-By-Sea. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing a large ledger of accounts, leading a team, and driving contact rates to maximize collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a significant portion of the company's ledger, ensuring timely and effective collections.
  • Assume leadership of the credit control team in the absence of the Credit Control Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase contact rates and drive collections.
  • Identify and analyze root causes of delays in collections, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.
  • Initiate and manage legal proceedings and administration duties for accounts in liquidation.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve client queries and assign tasks to relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Proven credit control and debt recovery experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent Excel and financial software skills.

Salary: £28-31,000
