Driver Collector

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Collector/Driver to join our team at Salvation Army Trading Co. Ltd. in Exeter.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading textile, recycling, and clothing collection company that is passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and the community.

As a Collector/Driver, you will be responsible for collecting donations of clothing from our clothing banks and bringing them back to a designated storage site. You may also be required to deliver donated clothing to our retail charity shops.

• Collect donations of clothing from clothing banks and transport them to a designated storage site
• Deliver donated clothing to our retail charity shops
• Work in challenging conditions, including manual handling of clothing
• Have a good knowledge of the local area
• Be committed to the ethos and values of Salvation Army Trading Co. Ltd.

• A full and current driving license
• Manual handling experience (not essential)
• An ability to physically lift and carry large amounts of donated clothing
• The ability to work in challenging conditions
