Townscape Planner

Job Description:

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Townscape Planner to join their team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing planning policies and regulations, conducting site appraisals, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of town planning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. They will also have a proven track record in working on complex planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze planning policies and regulations
• Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies

Requirements:

• Degree OR Masters in Town Planning or Geography
• Minimum of two years experience in Town Planning
• Proven track record in working on complex planning projects
