Town Planning Position

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team in Bristol, working on exciting projects for clients across the region.

Main Duties:

To conduct thorough planning policy and site appraisals to guarantee project success.
To lead the preparation and management of planning applications to meet client needs.
To devise and execute regeneration initiatives that boost business growth.
To compile and maintain high-quality evidence base documents to support planning decisions.
To oversee the promotion and monitoring of local plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
To foster strong stakeholder engagement and public consultation to build lasting relationships.
To conduct economic and employment impact assessments to inform business strategies.
To negotiate Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy agreements to secure project funding.
To provide expert witness services and planning appeals support to safeguard client interests.

Essential Requirements:

An RTPI-accredited planning graduate or Assistant Planner with significant experience.
A newly qualified planner eager to advance their career in planning.
