Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor (Level 5)

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor to deliver and assess apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Social Care, a recognized Assessor award, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and assess apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET
  • Ideal experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care / Adult Care at Level 5
  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an LMC or equivalent
  • Solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care as Registered/Care Manager
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
