Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) at SS&C Technologies is seeking a Fund Taxation Manager to work on key initiatives focused on integrated investment management and fund solutions.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in tax and a strong level of experience in all aspects of taxation, including numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and deal with complex queries.

Responsibilities will include quarterly tax reviews, completion of relevant overseas tax forms, assistance with furnishing custodians and third parties with tax documentation, and managing relationships with funds tax agents.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, work to strict deadlines, and possess a high level of MS Office suite skills and online capability.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of fund taxation, including quarterly tax reviews, tax forms, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with funds tax agents, custodians, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of tax strategies to enhance our current processes and support future expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax-related tasks.
