About the Role:As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to our team of nurses and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support people with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue, or personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development of the clinical governance framework
- Manage ward budgets and resources
- Participate in organizing clinical and nursing audit programmes
- Monitor the impact of the Quality Improvement Strategy on the services business plan
- Actively support and monitor CPD for all clinical staff
- Deputise for the Deputy Hospital Director
- Registered Nurse (RNLD/RMN) with 5 years post-qualification experience
- Managerial and supervisory experience
- Post-graduate qualification at degree level relevant to healthcare
- Awareness and understanding of nursing developments
- Knowledge of neuro-rehabilitation pathways and CTR processes
- Annual salary of £47,762
