The New England Baptist Hospital seeks a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our Finance Division. This role will assist in daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Close and Reporting: Assist in monthly close process, prepare accounting entries, and distribute financial reports to relevant departments.
- Accounts Payable: Process daily invoices, reconcile with major AP vendors, and maintain relationships for timely payables.
- Revenue Cycle Support: Collaborate with revenue cycle teams on projects and initiatives requiring analysis and input.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently across hospital departments
- Excel skills a plus
Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000 based on industry standards and location.
