Our Service and People We SupportWe are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in our residential care home based in Woking. Our care home supports twelve individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our service users.
The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships with our service users, their families, and our professional team. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to individuals with complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health. You will also have the opportunity to participate in fun activities, such as long walks and outdoor educational trips.
As part of your role, you may be required to work independently and assist with cooking and cleaning. Our existing team members are passionate, dedicated, and motivated, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment for our staff.
