CV Library is recruiting a highly skilled Refurbishment Contracts Coordinator to lead our project delivery team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing refurbishment projects from initial tender through to final completion, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.

You will manage two to five projects simultaneously, each valued between £50K and £1M, and work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to guarantee project success.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or a related field, along with proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
