Heat Network Business Growth Specialist

VIQU Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the heat network maintenance sector across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, private developers, build-to-rent operators, housing associations, managing agents, and local authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and policy changes affecting the sector.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand your professional network.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development with a focus on heat networks, housing associations, or local authorities.
- Understanding of energy systems, sustainability, and the regulatory landscape is desirable.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £45k DOE.
- £5k annual travel allowance (paid monthly).
