Production Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled production equipment technician to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a critical member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our food processing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role. You will be responsible for completing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring production lines to meet targets. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
Our company offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of up to £42,000 DOE, plus a bonus scheme and profit-sharing opportunities. We also offer excellent training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Complete routine maintenance tasks and repair equipment
- Work with the production team to meet targets and resolve issues
- Participate in on-call rota for out-of-hours maintenance
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary range of £38,000 - £42,000 DOE
- A days-only shift pattern, rotating between 6-2 and 11-7, Monday-Friday
- A bonus scheme and profit-sharing opportunities
- 30 days' holiday per year
