As a Hygiene Operative you will be responsible for:

- To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of production equipment, utensils and factory areas on a daily basis, cleaning and disinfecting
- To maintain daily/weekly cleaning documentation
- To follow cleaning instructions, maintaining high degrees of cleanliness and following all hygienic practices and procedures as trained
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies at all times
- To achieve all hygiene targets as set by company policy
- Have experience of working within manual positions
- Have an eye for detail
- Enjoy working within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Has a degree of physical capability, as manual handling will be required
- Are not adverse to working within a chilled environment
- Are reliable, with excellent time keeping and attendance
- Are a flexible worker with the ability to adapt to varied procedures

The hours of work will fall between 7:30 am or 8:30 am to 3:30 pm or 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility for overtime and Saturday work is essential to meet possible business demands.
