**Job Summary**

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Shared Services Team on a 6-month contract basis. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies and procedures.
  • Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complexity cases and large volumes.
  • Undertake stakeholder management activity, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Employee Relations and Legal teams to ensure seamless case management.
  • Provide support to business projects on consultation, TUPE, and other employee relations matters.
  • Deliver continuous improvement plans and support ways of working and team effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Experience managing high-complexity employee relations cases at volume.
  • Experience working in shared services environments.
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build excellent relationships.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a positive and professional manner.
