Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Brake Bros Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing business opportunities within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new sales opportunities and prospects in your area, actively promoting and developing new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new customers effectively and successfully, while ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and recording customer information onto our CRM system.
- Work closely with our distribution center and drivers to create a strong team working ethos and deliver profitable volume growth.
- Monitor competitor and independent market activity in your area to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insights.
- Proven experience in field sales or account management, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Commercially astute and technically proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Passion for sales and a desire to drive business growth.
- Food industry experience is desirable but not essential.
