Job Title: Area Sales Manager

At Brake Bros Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Isle of Wight area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities in your designated area, promoting and developing new business relationships to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard new customers effectively and successfully, while ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and recording customer information on our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our distribution Centre and drivers to foster a strong team working ethos.
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor and independent market activity in your area to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in field sales or account management, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Commercial acumen and technical proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to drive business growth.
  • Food industry experience is desirable but not essential.
