About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team as an Asset Modelling Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with our Investment Teams, supporting them with transactional activities, financial modelling, reporting, and investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property-level cash flow analysis, including creating bespoke cash flow models and verifying external models.
  • Regular and ad-hoc fund-level analytics, encompassing scenario testing to comprehend sector weightings, liquidity management, and compliance with mandate restrictions.
  • Preparation of slide decks/presentations for capital raising and investor updates.
  • Collation and generation of information for investor reporting, including fund-level data points and assistance with macro-economic and property market commentary.
  • Data management across the Investment Team.
  • Assistance with acquisitions and disposals.
  • Collation of regular updates from the asset management team for reporting/debt reporting purposes.
  • Ongoing cycle of research projects into macro trends, capital flows, emerging sector trends, etc.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education.
  • Ability to work autonomously, leading projects and work item delivery related to cash flow modelling and data collation.
  • Strong interest in the real estate sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of assessing multiple data points.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capacity to challenge and communicate effectively, influencing peers to deliver on operational risk responsibilities.
