Senior Financial Analyst for Luxury Projects

About the role:

You will work closely with the C-Suite and greater management team on all active and prospective deals, focusing on real estate development, investments, and hospitality.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing detailed financial modelling and cash flow analysis, maintaining and updating existing investment models, and communicating the investment thesis to internal stakeholders and external investors.

We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, real estate investment management, or a related field. Excellent numerical and modelling skills, as well as project management experience, are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a BA or MA in finance, real estate, or hospitality management from a top university, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

With a strong work ethic and flexibility, you will thrive in a highly focused and collaborative environment.

Our estimated salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
